Night Owl Review - 5 Stars! Top Pick!
Another Beautiful addition to the Songs of the Mages series by Ms. Stewart. I loved the story of Jenny and her Zach.
Jenny's compassion and devotion to helping others comes across so clear in the story. And the description of the land where Jenny planned to grow her vines is beautiful and made me yearn to fly to England and seek out the countryside.

I loved how Zach was so assured and cocky in the beginning. Believing that his views and way of seeing things was undoubtedly correct only to be knocked up side the head by Jenny gentle giving and caring. I could feel the love and pain he was feeling through out the story. My heart was breaking for both of them.

If you have read the other Songs of the Mages books, your going to love this edition in the group.

Bitten By Books Review - 4 out of 5!
It has been two years since her husband’s death, and Jennivere finally starts to live again. After gaining her parents blessing to take over the management of one of her father’s estates, she sets out to try her wine-making ideas. Soon after Jennivere moves to Blue Meadows, Zachary Rendell comes calling. He has heard about Jennivere’s healing abilities, and as a writer who has debunked many myths and legends he is keen to find a scientific reason for the rumors. Little does he know how hard his beliefs will be tested.

Jennivere starts out very shy and unsure of herself, except where her healing is concerned. As she comes to know Zachary she has to fight her feelings about her past husband and his death. She must come to terms with her brief marriage if there is to be any future for her and Zachary.

With a strong belief that there is no truth to the myths about healers, mages and other paranormal activity, Zachary finds himself unable to explain Jennivere’s ability to heal, or how she seems to be able to know what is happening with her family members at all times. He struggles to align these happenings with his beliefs and his strong feelings for Jennivere. This was a very good read!
