This is a delightfully, entertaining story that drew this reviewer in on the first page. This reviewer really liked Ambrose the dog who did a wonderful job in protecting the heroine and who seemed to be just as mysterious and magical as Morgan herself. A Sensuous Read - I loved this story and I loved the writing of Ms. Stewart. After reading the first few paragraphs, I could "see" Morgan, Ambroise (her dog) and the other characters. Ms. Stewart has a powerful voice, allowing her to describe interesting and deep characters. The world that she has created is full and lush, and the slice of history, intriguing.
